Pre-Order Production
Most products are sold during limited pre-order campaigns.
Each campaign has its own opening and closing dates. Orders can only be placed while the campaign is active.
Production begins after the campaign closes - production takes approximately 3-4 weeks. Please allow up to 6 weeks from the campaign opening date for stock to be received and distributed.
Please note these timeframes are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or supplier delays.

Shipping Costs
Once your order has been completed and quality checked, it will be carefully packed and dispatched.
Shipping costs are included at checkout based on your delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not when your order is placed.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Please note that courier delays, weather events, public holidays, customs processing (for international orders), and other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to Australia only.
Shipping costs are calculated checkout based on weight, size and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times is the standard 3-8 business days once your order has been dispatched.
Please note, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the Australian authorities. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
