Many of our products are offered through limited-time pre-order campaigns. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
What is a Pre-Order
A pre-order allows you to purchase your items before they are manufactured.
Rather than holding large amounts of stock, we produce items after each campaign closes. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer custom teamwear and merchandise for clubs, schools, businesses and organisations.
Our Pre-Order campaigns make ordering team gear easy. Instead of team managers collecting sizes, payments, and orders, each player or supporter can order directly through our online store during the campaign period. It’s a simple hassle-free way to ensure everyone gets exactly what they need.

How it works?
- Browse the available campaign collections
- Place your order before the campaign closing date (campaigns usually stay active for two weeks)
- Once the campaign closes, production begins
- Your order is manufactured, quality checked, packed and shipped
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
Campaign Closing Date
Each campaign has a closing date listed on the relevant collection or product page.
Orders cannot be placed once a campaign has closed.
If you miss a campaign, you’ll need to wait until the next time it becomes available (if applicable).

Production Time
Production begins after the campaign closes.
Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided on each campaign page and are estimates only. Our production time is usually 3-4 weeks.
While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing, supplier availability, shipping, public holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that pre-orders are not dispatched immediately. Please allow a total of 6 weeks from the campaign opening date to dispatch. This timeframe includes the pre-order period, production, and quality checks before your order is shipped.
Ordering Early
Ordering on the first day of a campaign does not mean your order will be shipped earlier than someone who orders on the final day.
All orders from the same campaign are manufactured together and dispatched together once production has been completed.
Changes & Cancellations
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
As production planning begins once campaigns close, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
If you have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Custom Orders
Many pre-order items are custom made specifically for each campaign.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect colour selected by the customer
