What files do you accept?
We recommend EPS, PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG files. If you’re unsure, send us what you have and we’ll let you know if its suitable.
Can I use my own logo?
Absolutely. Just make sure you have permission to use any logos, images or trademarks you provide.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We can print one-off garments or larger bulk orders.
Can I order different sizes?
Yes! You can mix and match sizes within the same order.
What’s the difference between DTF and vinyl printing?
DTF is ideal for full-colour designs, gradients and detailed artwork, while vinyl is best suited for simple text, names, numbers and bold graphics. We’ll recommend the best option for your project.
How long does my order take?
Standard turnaround is typically 8-10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Larger or custom orders may take longer.
Funeral Orders: 1-2 business days.
